Drew worked for my company, Park Group, in which he served as the Director of Interactive Services. His technical skills, knowledge and emphasis on efficiency made a significant contribution to my company and our work flow. I have served in the position of President of Park Group for 21 years and his tenure at my company set him apart from many employees I have seen over that time.
During his employment at Park Group he exhibited a positive attitude, image and personal motivation that distinguished his from his peers. That positive attitude contributed to the success of our interactive projects. His communication was always thoughtful and responsive to all employees and his interpersonal communication and perception skills were some of the best I have seen.
His frontend design and backend coding were a perfect combination for some of our challenging projects. He is fully versed in all applications and kept updated and current with emerging new technology and software. This combined with his positive work habits ensured a high level of productivity and he consistently accomplished more then expected. He had a disciplined approach to problem solving that demonstrated a solid ability to generate alternative solutions to problems.
He took the initiative to establish positive work relationships while simultaneously looked for situations that could be improved. He always demonstrates integrity, honesty and in dealing with sensitive client, financial and management data. Drew was able to make independent decisions, within guidelines and would consult with management and coworkers as necessary for significant decisions and could be counted on to make sound decisions. He demonstrated a cooperative spirit and a strong sense of teamwork within the group. He could be counted on to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities from clients to co-workers.
In summary, Drew was an exemplary performer whom was highly motivated to grow and succeed. I have not seen many employees with the traits he possessed and sincerely feel he would excel in your company.
